We suggested you arrive at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport. We will have our ICIST staff fetch you and go to Jingde city by bus (25 USD/person), it will take about 3-4 hours. If you wish to take the bus, please book early flight in November 19 and inform us at icist.aatsea@yahoo.com about your arrival time in Hefei airport. You can also go to Jingde city by high speed train that will take about 1 hour. In case you will get TAXI, please notice that all TAXI with meter and pay by cash in RMB.

Please online booking hotel, inform us about your flight schedule and reserve bus from Hefei to Jingde before 14:00 pm in November 19 and go back at noon in November 23.

Our conference in Jingde , will be cool , suppose to be low temperature approx 0-1 C , please prepare your over clothes.

The conference venue is changed from Hefei to Jingde due to the Jingde county government, Anhui province approved to organize the conference in Jingde.
